Hoe je gemakkelijk
producten retourneert
De 14-dagen regel
Voor algemene retouren heeft u 14 dagen de tijd om ons te informeren met uw naam, ordernummer en gegevens over welke goederen u wilt retourneren en waarom. De periode van 14 dagen begint op de dag dat de goederen worden geleverd. Dit op voorwaarde dat de goederen op geen enkele manier werden gebruikt of bedorven en dat ze in de originele verpakking geretourneerd worden. Als er een fout is met de inhoud van uw levering heeft u ook 14 dagen de tijd om ons op de hoogte te stellen zodat we het probleem kunnen corrigeren of aanpakken.
Gepersonaliseerde goederen, producten in beperkte oplage en cadeaubonnen zijn allemaal niet-terugbetaalbaar.
Beschadigde goederen: Houd er rekening mee dat we voor beschadigde goederen een ander proces hebben, waarbij u 7 dagen de tijd heeft om ons op de hoogte te stellen met alle details. Wij zullen dan een nieuw dossier openen met de postdienst en u informeren over de volgende stappen.
Breng ons op de hoogte
U dient ons te informeren dat u artikelen wilt retourneren (zoals vermeld onder de 14 dagen-regel) voordat u goederen retourneert, zodat wij uw retournering effectief kunnen verwerken. U ontvangt uw geld terug binnen 14 dagen na de e-mail, tenzij de goederen bij aankomst beschadigd zijn. Als u uw geld niet ontvangt, neem dan contact op met Ons Team.

Herverpakken & posten
De goederen moeten onbeschadigd en in de originele verpakking worden geretourneerd. Ze moeten veilig worden verpakt in een doos met de juiste afmetingen en worden verzonden. U bent verantwoordelijk voor het veilig terugsturen van de goederen binnen 14 dagen na kennisgeving aan WAX-IT, Westerring 27i, 9700 Oudenaarde, België.
Indien de goederen op onaanvaardbare wijze aan WAX-IT worden geretourneerd of op enigerlei wijze beschadigd zijn, hebben wij het recht om de terugbetaling te weigeren.
Beschadigde goederen
Voor beschadigde goederen hebben we een apart proces:
Ten eerste, als de schade duidelijk te zien is bij levering heeft u het recht om de levering te weigeren. Als u niet de kans heeft om de levering te weigeren of als de schade alleen in de doos zit, dan moet u ons binnen 7 dagen op de hoogte stellen met het volgende:
